These people are scammers!! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY FOR A PRE-APPROVED LOAN!!! THIS IS A SCAM. CACHET FINANCIAL INVESTMENT> SCAM

I talked to them and they asked for more money.  I told them I didn' have anymore money.  JohnStarvos promised me if I paid more I would get the loan.  So this is a scam?  How do I get my money back?

They tried the same thing with me. I went to my local police department and filed a complaint. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General Office in Ma and NY as well as with the Consumer Affairs Office. I still have yet to see my money but I do call them quite often. I contacted their website server and had their website pulled from the internet so they cannot scam people with it. The phone number still works but I figure it will not be long before it does not. Good luck, I hope we all get our money back. I know I need it.
