- BoulderBat| 1 replyThis number may not be a real one, because it only appears on a bogus Invoice for copy toner we never ordered. Suspicious first call from "Jason Sims" informed our unsuspecting receptionist that the price quoted for our toner order would still be honored (?) and the next day, Aug 17, called saying the shipment would go out, and arrive in 5 days. An Invoice dated 8/17/11, but postmarked 8/27, showed up around 8/29, with Terms net 10, due 8/27/11 (!) and as of 9/7 nothing has come in any form of shipment - if it does, we have given instructions to refuse it. Invoice for 1 ******ink carton plus shipping is $498.00!
I expect to start getting irate phone calls in a month or sooner, threatening all kinds of dire results if we don't pay.
Their fatal mistake, I hope, is when I file the USPS fraud complaint; they used a Postage Meter on the envelope, giving an absolutely traceable link to whomever is perpetrating this fraud.
Lots of people rag on "the guv'mnt reg-yoo-layshuns" but I consider these types of scammers the worst scum of all, so report them early, often, and diligently.

- bbucWe have been invoiced by this company for fraudulent charges for ink toner. They have had thier collections guy Jason call me several times, almost badering, and threatening to be paid for this ink we never ordered or recieved. After 2 years of call, I have contacted the authorities. They provided a UPS false shipping label and in my hurry one month, I paid the 1st bill, thinking I must have forgotten. This is not So.
They are not real. Do not pay any invoiced from them. I am going to follow through and try to locate them and prosecute them for the monies paid. Jay with Direct Recovery poses as a collections company and does all the calling. NO SUCH BUSINESS. Fraud.- Caller: Direct Recovery
