Several calls that show up as TOLL FREE. Never a message.

Several calls from this number which was left on recording. Returned call twice. Answered with NCO company automated answer: This call may be recorded. Several clicks later, phone dead. Second call same answering machine, then rang until I hung up. No human at this number!!
Caller left the 1-888-480-1534 number on my answering machine yet does not appear on my caller log.

They've called me every weekday for the past two months or so. I never answer, just let it go to voicemail. It's getting really annoying, and I don't know when it will stop.

CALLS WITH NO MESSAGES AND YOU CALL BACK AND IT SAYS THAT YOUR CALL MAY BE RECORDED.  WHAT IS NCO?  ANNOYING!!!

I get a call from this # everyday, wanting me to call Jeff Price. I have no intention of trying to return thid call. Has been happening for 2 weeks now! Annoying as hell.

I called back and they dont let me leave a message. They call every single day, several times a day. Its always for a person who doesnt live here, and at times, different people. Is there a way to make them stop calling?

NCO just called trying to collect a cc debt that has been charged off over 15 years ago...  Seriously ???

It is against the law for them to call several times a day it is known as harrasment! Even if you prove you paid your debt they still call, have not found a way to stop it

CALLS.SAY'S 10 DAY NOTICE BEFORE MY LATE ACCOUNT IS TURNED INTO A COLLECTION AGENCY.CALL JOE PRICE.CALL NUMBER SAYS CALL MAYBE RECORDED.NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AFTER THAT.ALSO SAYS COMPANY IS NCO.

Collection agencies like to annoy you.  If aggravated enough, send them a certified letter with return receipt and tell them to cease and desist. Nothing more is needed..if they continue to call you, you by law, can sue them and make an easy $1,000.  I did!  One bill collector called and asked me if I had "sexual issues".  since they are required by law to also have a recorded phone line for collection agencies, this call was recorded and I sued them for the maximum amount allowed - $1,000.  Actually just sent a demand letter for the $1,000 and their attorney responded with 'can we just settle the debt for you?' in which i told him to go 'do what that woman suggested I do" and to just send the check within 14 days or we will go to court.  Check was in the mail 3 days letter! and, I did work for a collection agency for 2 years, so I know the law.

It is against the law for them to call you more than once a day.  It is also NOT against the law for them to call you everyday.  They cannot call between the hours of 8:00a.m and 9:00pm.  If they do and you have caller ID You can make money off them.  If you proved you paid the debt, I wonder how you did that.  If you did not send them certified mail with a return receipt, then you cannot prove anything.  However, if you did that and they continue to call you, you can sue them for $1,000.  Do your search on the web  = debt collection law - and find out for yourself how to stop it.  Cease and desist letters are all that is needed.  But they have to be mailed CERTIFIED/Return Receipt...costs you $6 to stop the harassment.

Was called left the name Jeff Price and to call back.. I don't owe anyone any money so not sure why I was called..

I got a call every day at 9:00AM. more than one time a day. he just said please call Jeff Price at 888-480-1534

Every morning at 9:02 and at night at 8:30 I get a call from this number and I always let it go straight to voice mail..its been going on for 3 months now and wont stop! I have even changed my number due to harrasement but  they call that too..they call the house and then they call my cell (which isnt even in my name) with unknown caller with the same dang message..

NCO = MORONS . Put them on your call block..

Pete, I tried to block their calls, but they have several numbers that they use...I can't keep up.  This company is known as THE WORST COLLECTION AGENCY because of their practices.  They have several offices in the USA and in other countries.  You might actually have the opportunity to talk to someone by calling:

Good Luck to all.  They're letting up on me after months of constant calling.  They know I have no intention of talking to a recording.

I get at least two or three calls a day and they use different numbers. Leaves a message that they are NCO financial. Never states who they are calling for so until they do I am not answering. I am current on all my debts. Since they are a collection agency it could be from several years ago. I also have NOT received any letters from them.
