*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

We get continuous calls from this number and we have never had dealings with the company they are collecting for. They were very rude when we called them

Received a call from this company in reference to a "outstanding Debt". To my knowledge I do not have any outstanding debts. They call at least two times a day.

This RSI place has called twice or three times a day for three months. I have left numerous messages for them to call my cellphone to find out what they want?  They  will not call any phone but the home phone and only at weird hours.  8:35am.1: 22pm  3:46pm. If they want my money so bad you would think they would follow my instructions so they could talk to me.  Flipping morons!

10//10/2016 received a message from RSI debt collector. Was told to callback @1 888 480 1576. Caller ID 928 482 8917. Do not owe any debts .

I have had enough of this 888 480 1576 calling me...at least once or twice a week with the same message which annoys me to no end....I do not owe anyone....please, check the number out or make them stop calling my number.

How do you expect anyone to stop calls for any other anonymous person on the internet?   Why haven't you blocked the number yet?  Tamianth has lots of info earlier in the thread that you need to read.
