wants me to call back this number because my Soc. Sec. number in invalid... what a croc.

They keep calling me as if from  Social Security Administration, want me to call them back because they have invalidated my social security number "due to some reason" (those were their exact words LOL).

They want me to call back this number due to my Social Security has been compromised. They almost get me!

Got three calls from them this morning and no VM.  Called back and heavily accented man said it was Social Security Administration.  When I said someone had called me he made no attempt to pursue.  Hung up and blocked number.

Heavy accented man couldn't even pronounce social security right and I told him you are not SS but you will have bad karma coming your way scamming people like this. He hung up 😄

When I started asking if he really was the SS office, he hung up.

Call back a woman answered with a middle eastern accent.. she wanted my name to  verify. I told her to give me the name Dent she has on record and I would let her know if that name is correct. She said sorry I hung up in the story .

Same [***] as everyone here said. I called back and someone spoke to me. Said his name was Mr. Daniel Jones and his badge number was SSA78945. He said someone may have used my SSN and purchased something without paying taxes or something, he was not clear. When I said I will go to the nearest SSN office and check myself with these details, he said OK. Crazy [***].

A man with India accent phone me this morning and he know nothing about me regarding the social security number . I just wondering if anyone reporting this to police or FBI because I'm not in a good spot to do so.

I got a call too and so my Husband at the same time, same story SS has been suspended give them a call.

Same happen to me...

This is an automated message about your SS number being suspended "for some reason." If you call them back, their connection is bad and they act like they're helping you. Heavy accent, they don't even have a greeting. Told them I'd be reporting them for fraud, I don't think she understood that meant their scam is illegal.
