Male recorded voice stated that my home number "shows" as some sort of marketing company and I should not be concerned with the National do not call registry, since he was calling someone who wanted to make money, making the call "perfectly legal"  (thats a new scam approach !)

pick up and let it go for a bit and then hit 9, it will remove u from the system

Recorded message claims my number appears on a 'leads' list as a small business phone number which makes the call "perfectly legal".  He rang me up on my cell phone which is NOT for small business use.  Regardless, I've entered the number on Do-Not-Call registries.
