If the survey is political and sponsored by a pac or government entity, they are EXEMPT from the Do Not Call List and can call you when ever they want as many times as they want, even on your mobile.

Have been called x 2, including during dinner.  On second call, asked who was paying for the survey. Answer "Matthews Surveys".  Ask to talk to Supervisor, supposedly agent talked to Supervisor: "We are hured by Matthews Surveys".  Of the questions, one was to be about Obama.

"Googling" shows no evidence of "Matthews Surveys" except here.

Assume this was either a scam or "push polling".

These people are jerks, they change the Caller ID constantly to hide who they are, finally got a call from the exact number and now it lists them as Matthews Surveys. Don't answer them, or better yet just lie to them. Who wants to be bothered by some jerky caller axing political bs.
