I want to know who this is. I have a pending banking transaction linked to this number.

This company stole money out my account and I don't know what this is and I don't know what kind of service it provides

I have had a pending transaction with this company for over a month now.  I was told last Monday by Michael Howard (I assume a manager) several time throughout the month.  On Monday, 5/15/15 he told me he spoke to his manager, who said he is facing an issue.  There is a technical error which will be resolved in 3 more days.  I told him I would give him until Friday, 5/18, & if it wasn't resolved by then, I was going to go to the Better Business Bureau.  I tried to call him Friday, Sat. & Sunday, but a recording keeps saying the lines are busy....try back later.  In the past, when this happened, I would call back later & be able to talk to Mr. Howard.  Now, the lines are busy for three whole days....going onto a fourth day.  I'm sure they're not doing that much business that their lines are constantly busy.  Please help me.  I don't know what else to do.  Thank you,

I have call blocker on my phone, and it has blocked this number 2 times today. I'm sure its another scam...even though you get on a no call list they still can call.

Caller told me that medicare is sending free braces to me.  I told him that I didn't order any and that his call is a scam.  He argued that it wasn't a scam, so I hung up on him.
