called from 760-206-7323, sounds like a scam to get personal info.

Called from 267-293-6600 Mrs. Stevnsons claimed there was a complaint filed against me, accused me of not paying my bills.  When I asked who they were they stated they are Proven Group.  They said I have been served papers for a summons.  They won't state where this filed there is nothing filled against me.  When I pressed for more information Mrs. Stevenson told me to stop sounding like a [***].

I spoke with Monika Hicks her "Supervisor"  she claimed she didn't have to give me any information.  Which is a clear violation of the fair credit act.  These people are scammers who most likely got your information from data list that can commonly be harvested from the internet.   Don't give these people money or the time of day just block them.  When you search the internet there is no Proven Group.

I received a call from 888-503-3207.  A first the person answering the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes, so I hung up and called back again.  The claim was, I have a complaint filed against me.   I'm assuming once they realized they couldn't scam me the claimed they called me by accident!

Is there anyway to catch these people before they scam innocent people out of money?

I just got the same call. no body answers when called back. is this a bogus collection place? if so they will get the wrath for calling me.

Received call from 310-579-6204 about a complaint and to call 888-503-3207.  Don't know them, don't want to, don't have anything from them.  It's all a FRAUD.
Don't every answer the phone from unknown sources.  These people are frauds.  First of all, if there was a complaint, you would have received something in writing.  It's an attempt to get personal information.  Never give that out to an unknown source.  FRAUD, SCAM.  Don't ever talk to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from 888-503-3207 asking for my brother (who does not live with me) saying there was a complaint made against him I let it go to recording, I NEVER pick up calls from people I don't know......figured it was a scam.

They are threatening to sue me for a debt they will not send verification on. The debt they claim is also past the statute of limitations. I filed a complaint with Cfpb (consumer financial protection bureau) for harassment and deceptive practices.

i just reeived a call from 512 240  6156 and that they had a claim attched to my name and to call 888-503-3207 or to push 9 to be connected to a rep needless to say i never did
this is the second time they have called and lm i never answer unknown numbers

Received a recorded messaging at my place of business for my Husband (who doesn't work here).
Stating that there was a compliant filed against him and to call this number 888-503-3207, also gave a number to reference when calling.
Will not call back now that I have been to this website and seen the other comments.

This caller is calling from a service name PEERLESSNETWORK.COM. Inform peerlessnetwork.com by email of your concerns and they will inform the caller of their wrong doing. You may also contact the FTC as well.

Just tried to get me to believe somebody filed a personal complaint against you. But when I asked were they are located some I can file one on them in person they hung up on me. Called and ask if I could come by office and got hung up on again

Recorded message saying that Amanda has some documents with a complaint attached. And to call back to find out what it is at this number but called from 760-206-7323..  Another scam debt collector I am sure and they have the wrong number.

Received voice mail stating a complaint was filed against me and gave me a case number to call back at 888-503-3207.
Never called back since figured it was a scam.  I always check numbers on web to make sure place is legit.  Most of the time it turns out numbers are scammers.

Received message on cell phone from 888-203-3207 regarding a particular case number and person's name.  I called the number the next day to (1) inform the caller that the name associated with the case number is not me and (2) to request that a note be added to their case file that number has not belonged to the name associated with the case for over 10 years.  The woman who answered asked if she could have my name.  I said, "No."  She hung up.  I called back and a different woman answered the phone.  I started with my name and asked to talk to someone about an incorrect phone number.  She said to give her the number and she'd see about removing it.  I stated that I'd like to discuss it a little more beyond simply having it removed--I'd like that they would put something in their file that not only is it the wrong number but not to call it in the future, because I've been receiving calls from various entities for the past 10+ years regarding the name associated with their case.  This woman hung up on me, too.  The third time I called, a gentleman answered--and was apparently expecting my call--and he did his best to talk all over me.  All he said he could do, if I gave him the phone number, was "try" to have it removed.  When I said I'd like to discuss further action, he said, "That's all I can do.  What else can we do?"  He refused to hear my answer to his question.  He went on to say they are a law firm and are busy; "can't I hear the voices in the background trying to help people?"  Well, none of the three were trying to help me.  I don't know that they're a law firm or not.

Called from 702-637-1267. Left same message about documents in office bla bla.bla same [***]. Also have another number 888-505-1317.

Got a voice message and they said I had a complaint files aginst me, I  called them back and got a person on the line when I asked who are you and why are you calling me she said that a company that I have never done business with said  I owe them over $1000.00 and I told her this sounds like a scam and she hung up on me. she called from phone number 888-503-3207. I am going to the police and reporting them. I hope no one else falls for this. I want these people to be caught!!!!!

Same thing, called said claim, wanted my husband's date of birth.  Tried to sound official as if working with our county's courthouse but didn't want to give info.  Said Linda Martinez from The Firm CKA which is what she called the company's name.  I looked it up, no such company, the closest thing is an architect firm in another state, phone number linked to lots of scam complaints and no record of owner in Intellius.  I told her I would be researching it before I called anyone.  Some sites say when the people call back they are offered a free trip.  A lot of "free" trips ask for taxes or port fees to be paid up front.  Sounds to me like their only interest is in getting some sucker to ante up some cash no matter what they have to say to get it.

ID themselves as Proven Mediations Group.   No such company so far as I can find.
