Tired of 888-503-3756 calling me. They are threatening to put a warrant out for me and use vulgar language. The best part is it's not my debt and after giving them proof I don't owe any money they called me a lieing ----- they won't stop calling me and just started calling my mothers house in a different state and is now hurrassing her. How do I make it stop????

be sue to read up on "day loan scams" under  latest forum Threads on this site. HUNDREDS of people are being called, nation wide. Also read up on FBI site, and Federal trade commission. Bunch of national terrorists is what they are.

Total fraud call!  

These people say that you've written fraudulent checks and they're going to be putting a warrant out for you, that they can revoke the license and cancel the auto title of the person they're going after.  I said well that's odd, because you're not any kind of law enforcement agency, so how could you possibly do these things?  He said that they would work with the local law enforcement to do so -- which we all know is blatant crap.  I said that's pretty interesting, because everything I've heard from you sounds like this call is a total fraud.  He said "It's not fraud!" and hung up on me.  How professional.

Don't let these people intimidate you into giving them account or credit card information!  Don't you think you'd know if you had been writing hot checks?  And hey, even if you had been writing hot checks, don't give these guys anything.  They're total scam artists.

Someone do something! Threatening phone calls to family members about "there is going to be a warrant for him and he is going to be charged with 3 counts of fraud, one of which is a felony" ... F.T.A here I come!

I have reporter these idiots to both the Federal Trades Commission and to the Attorney General's office. They can't reach me anymore so now they have taken to calling my family in another state.My family is also going to file reports with their attorney general and federal trades commission to get this harrassment stopped. I don't know how they are managing to assoociate some of these family members to me, since we don't have the same last name and live in different states. Hopefully if we AL report them, something will happen to them soon.

This Mr Harrdi called and told me they were putting a warrant out for my arrest and also threatef my mother.  I need to know what I cando.

Now onto these 2 men one goes by (Mr Hardy) he plays the role of the good COP (Mr Jackson) the hyper and extremely rude one he is bad COP - MIND THEY'RE NOT COPS IM JUST SAYING that is their game that they run. Let me explain.

Mr Hardy called left a LONGGGGG message on my answering machine NOT VOICE MAIL mind you.
Not only did he say MY MOMS NAME (someone he is not calling for) he went into his reasoning for calling in full detail even mentioned this warrant they may be put into action if I don't call back. That's where he already F'd up at. He was not sure as to whose house he calling who will hear the message none of that  that's one way I didn't  take him seriously NOT TO MENTION I AINT DO WHAT THEY SAID I DID.

But I called back to see what this foolishness was all about I spoke to Mr Hardy 1st he explained everything to me I told him that I did no such thing he then politely when in about the warrant and what will happen what the judge will do blah blah.. had me thinking I should just PAY UP but not only that pay it and then file a judgement of some sort to get my money back he pretty much told me that I can do my own investigating and see why I am the chosen one LOL.

Well I did do my own investigating like their Address which is 905 James Jackson PKWY - Suite 6 - Atlanta GA 30318 some run down spot from what I told from my ATL peoples.

Now back to the phone call so I was all set to doing this I just said F it! i'mma pay it set something up and get my money back so I can avoid this so called warrant THAT I NOW KNOW WILL NEVER COME INTO PLAY.

So after I said I would do it I get transfered to Mr Jackson who Mr Hardy said was his MANAGER,HIS BOSS. Even then when someone is agreeing to handle this B.S Mr Jackson seemed so SHORT and just RUDE!!.Like he wanted to get what he had to get from you and get off the phone I sensed such attitude but it was very light so we set up me putting money on a pre-paid card every month I told him how bout 100 a month he said "Um hold on let me contact them and see what they say" he came back on in like 2 mins!! no lie YA'LL!! and  said they said no. They can do 175 at 1st then 150 for the next 2 months.

RED LIGHT came on when he came back so quickly but I brushed it off I set it up and we hung up.
Thought about it and contacted my family lawyer he broke it down to me about how ILLEGAL they were the phone message and the warrant threat alone.

So a week passes and the 1st is coming up I wanted  to test them to see what would happen I called them back @ 404-645-7364 (same number y'all) some new voice answered said the so called companies name sounded like he was sleeping. I got right into it I said good morning I need to give you my case number so you can look me up, are you ready? He said yes I gave it to him I was put on hold for awhile then here comes Mr Jackson. He says my name I have your info here ( i doubt he was even looking on a computer) LMAO smh.He starts reading off what our so called plan was and said so are you gonna take care of this now I said whoa whoa let ME tell YOU why i'm calling you.

I want the name and number of the company that is accusing me of this so called payday loan he said WHAT WHAT..then he said you said you was gonna pay this on this day and so on and so forth..I was like WHOA why are you avoiding my question? Why are you so hostile? He got smart said im not hostile.. im good I woke up feeling right then he said I don't have their number I was like um yes you do..he said "NO I DONT" I said but um last week you put me on hold and called them to see if they would accept 100 even a month you came back on the phone and said "THEY SAID NO" so how you don't have their number?

Then he said well the name is "YOUAREAPPROVED.COM" then avoided the number again his excuse this time was YOU did this online I dont have a number I said I didn't do anything I told you that LAST WEEK I didn't do this, so there is no "I DID" he tried to make it seem like because this so called loan was done online then no number was provided he sound a fool LMAO either way you gonna get a number from the company you claim you are representing. So he said some other mess and slammed the phone down on me.

Now this is where it really gets good LOL 10 mins later I get a call from them on my house phone that's where the 404# comes in I called them from my celly originally, anyway. Mr HARDY is now on my phone he is the nice calm one so he calls and I answer at the same time my friend answered he asked to speak to ME my friend said WHO IS CALLING ? what do yall think Mr Hardy said ??

THIS MAN SAYS IM MR HARDY(NOW AT THAT POINT I SAID "I GOT IT" SO BEFORE NOT AFTER BUT BEFORE MY FRIEND HANGS UP HE GOES... --- IM CALLING BECAUSE HE OWES MONEY HE TOOK OUT A LOAN BLAH BLAH BLAH...HE DONT KNOW WHO HE IS TALKING TO AT ALL SO I STOP HIM I SAID SEE THIS IS WHERE YALL ARE MESSING UP AT I SAID DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO? NOW IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS RANT MY GIRL HAD HUNG UP-- SO I SAID YOU STARTED TALKING ABOUT YOUR REASONING FOR CALLING WITH A COMPLETE STRANGER LISTENING.

He said sorry and went on to ask me what just happened he wanted to see if he could help I told him NO that I was done with him and his company and I wont no further communication with him or from them I explained what happened and why I called he kept saying sorry for the way Mr Jackson acted NOW THIS IS WHERE HE REALLY MESSED UP & it brings me back to calling them good cop and bad cop I caught him in a lie but I didnt call him on it he said sir "I JUST GOT INTO WORK I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON I CAME IN AT THE TAIL END OF WHAT HAPPENED IM THE MANAGER!!!!" HE TOLD ME HE WAS THE MANAGER I THOUGHT MR JACKSON WAS THE MANAGER THAT'S WHO I SPOKE TO LAST WHO I SET EVERYTHING UP WITH. But like I said I didn't call him on it but I caught it.

He kept on saying sorry he once again gave me the name of the company but avoided a phone number he told me I can go online to look for it I reminded him that unlike OTHER people im sure I was mature and professional the 1st time we spoke ( a week ago ) I didnt come at them cussing or with an attitude none of that mess he said yes I remember and I thank you for that. He then tried to make me an offer saying that he can put THIS on hold until MONDAY which would be MAY 30TH. OK guys 1st off my plan with them was to pay on the 1st which would be JUNE 1st so what are you putting on hold for me?

Ur not doing me any favors at all you guys see what i'm saying ? They don't even know what the hell they had planned with me anyway well Mr Hardy didn't. They need to get their SCAM in order or whatever it is that are doing over there. The call finally ended with me still being POLITE to Hardy and told him that he can do what he needs to do he advised me that he will have to give it to the authorities once again I said YOU DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO but from this time on I will not deal with you or your company and I dont ever want YALL to call my home again he said that is fine and we hung up.

I know this WAS LONG but I just wanted to break down what took place and funny this place is how unprofessional..and rude they are. All DEBT COLLECTORS want to work with you lets not forget that OK you being in jail will not get them their money at all and like everyone is saying they cant have you picked up arrested it's not that easy at all. This company called and to tell me that I would be placed in jail for bad check to Ace Cash Express I go to your bank and report them as fraud.

When I called to speak to her they said that they did not have anyone there by that name.  I asked them to verify my email address for a payment and they gave me the wrong email address.  They are a scam.

for the company what people will do for money and they are just four party Debt Collector
mean that they buy old accounts that creditBuruea about to close out on your credit report.

I got the call from a Mr. Hardy same thing as everyone else. DO NOT GIVE ANY INOFORMATION to them. COMPLETE scam.

I STARTED GETTING CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE LAST WEEK. THE SAME THREATS WERE MADE.  I CALLED MY LAWYER AND HE SAID TO GIVE THEM HIS PHONE NUMBER. I CALLED MR. JACKSON TOLD HIM THAT I HAD REPORTED THEM AND GAVE HIM MY LAWYERS PHONE NUMBER. I CALLED AND TOLD MR HARDY THE SAME THING. THEIR PHONE CALLS HAVE STOPPED THUS FAR.
