Need information this phone number

This man called and harrassed an 80 year old woman, impersonated being an officer of the court, Spec Inv Morris, said that her grandson was going to be thrown in jail if he didnt show up for court ... he is fraudulent, and is a past due bill collector, that a collections has turned over to him

I dealt with the same information from the same person.

Mr. Morris has helped me handle a matter before.... i assure you he is a very legitimate business man.... he has sent me all proper documentation and has kept up on his word with every promise he has made. Dont let somebody who is probably a dirt bag let you think any different about mr. morris.

Sure he is... if by legitimate you mean breaking the law and violating the FDCPA.

You SHILLs are funny! Documentation? Show us some info. then. Give us an address (not e-mail) of the honorable "Mr. Morris". How about some verifiable references. His business license numbers. The states he's licensed in. Anything to prove the upstanding "Mr. Morris" is worthy of your praise.
Come on, the "legitimate Mr. Morris" would love some free publicity. Here's his chance.
And don't try to blow smoke up our a**es. We'll verify or (most likely) disprove every word that oozes out of your mouth.

I was called and told that I would be put in jail for check fraud. They stated that I had one day to make an astronomical amount of money. The letter via email they sent had NO signature, No address, etc...and ONLY a FAX number for verification. There was no one's name BUT the title of the so-called firm's name on the letter. The administrator's name was: The Esposito & Ricci Firm....WHO DOES THAT???? And I'm supposed to send you my money?

I initially thought this was a debt collector, but found out that they investigate issues such as fraud. They were looking for a relative of mine who was being investigated for check fraud. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and I haven't heard anything else from them since I clarified that the person they are looking for could not be reached at my number.

They call me everyday, then left a message yesterday saying I had 48 hrs to be served. They was going to come to my job; the job they have listed I haven't been there in so long

As a law enforcement officer in the state of North Carolina, I can tell you this that unless you are served with a legal document showing a case number (a real case number) with numbers that corresponds with your state's numbers you can be sure that this is a scam. My wife is going through this exact same thing at this time. Advice from me, be careful what you do on the internet. Be careful with your sensitive information. If your going to buy something, try and go get it in person if possible. If you are going to borrow money, try and go to a ligitmate financial intsitution and do it in person. Sometimes I know this is not always possible. These people are limitless when it comes to ways to obtain someone's personal information. Just try and be aware and be careful. Never send money to someone who calls by phone and can't provide legal documentation of any kind showing that you owe the money.

Mr. Morris needs to change his tactic 1st of all in order to go to court in a county, you must be served by a law enforcement officer and this mr morris "harrasses" people with the same lame "your gonna be arrested advise him never to leave that type of message....HE'S DEALING WITH SMARTER PEOPLE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS WARNED THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THIS "MR MORRIS"....IF HE NEEDS TO COLLECT HAVE HIM SEND EVIDENCE OF COMPLAINT OR SO CALLED CASE NUMBER////THAN ONE CAN SEE IF HE IS LEGITIMATE AS LONG AS HE DOESN'T PROVIDE....THE PUBLIC HAS BEEN WARNED ABOUT HIM.....

ADVISING THIS COMPANY IF THEY CALL ONE MORE TIME TO MY NUMBER, I WILL BE FILING A HARRASMENT COMPLAIN WITH THEIR LOCAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND PUNITIVE DAMAGE THEY'VE CAUSE MY PREGNANT DAUGHTER IN LAW///.....I KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY DO BUSINESS FROM THANK GOODNESS I TRACKED THEM DOWN.....

debt collection related it appears.  they were looking for a woman who had my current phone number associated with her years ago.  I called them back and my call was immediately forwarded to a calling center voice mail. I left my message re: their contact number is incorrect and to remove it from their database.  No person interacted with me and no identifying info was on their voice mail greeting.
