Got call from 888-503-8582. no message.  who are they?

No message calls often

Auto body repair satisfaction survey from a survey call center

Calling me for weeks now but never leaving any kind of message...have earned my undying hatred. First they call my land line and when not answered, immediately call my cell. Today, I called the number back to find out who they are and this is what I heard.... words in ( ) are my thoughts
"Hello, thank you for calling back. I'm calling to send you an important text (IDIOT...on my land line you say). If you have any questions, call the number on your member ID card (of course we won't tell you what member ID card we are referring to).

I did go to an auto repair place recently (but hardly qualify as being a member with an ID card) and am mightily put out at this bloody harassment. But more so, I am p'offed off that they would sell or give my numbers to the many spammers who have been calling here in the same way (to both phones even as few people have both numbers and as I have been spam caller free for over a year...)

So here is what I have done.
1. forwarded my land line calls to that auto shop's fax line
2. blocked all cell calls except those on my contact list.

Calls and when i answer they hang up. I see others in Oregon get same..annoying. Must block

Call my cell leave no message can only assume scam

Called but did not leave any message.
