Missed a call and they left a message regarding student loan forgiveness from "student services department".  I paid off the last of my student loans over 5 years ago.  Total BS but I may call back just to screw with them.  For anyone actually looking for info on applying for student loan forgiveness contact your loan servicer, not some liar named Charlie.

Why would they want to "copyright" the balance of your student loan?

received call, they left a vm. I called back and the hold music was not in sync with a govt agency.  I googled the number while on hold and saw these messages. They call me non-stop.

“ “Hi this is Charlie with the student services department I a.m. following up in regards to your outstanding federal student loan balance we have been trying to reach you because you are eligible for the federal student loan forgiveness program due to the changes made in 2021 it's imperative that we speak to you as soon as possible since the student loan payment delay is about to come to one in you can reach us directly to discuss your options at 888-511-0275 again that's 888-511-0275…”

Definitely a scam I paid all my school fees upfront and never took out loans!

Received multiple VM's from potential scam calls for federal student loan forgiveness.  Ignored 5-10 of them, eventually called back at this number they left - 888-511-0275.  Chose the prompt for my level of debt and female asked 2 very general q's.  Was not going to tell her anything personal but wanted to hear what they had to say.  After she asked if I had ever been in forbearance the line was disconnected.  I am an attorney and called from my work line so I wonder if they could see it was a law firm and purposely hung up on me.  There was a lot of background noise that could have been an office, I heard a male asking someone else about their address.  Clearly it is not legit but I didn't get far enough into call to determine much.

Exactly the same thing that happened to me. Twice now

This number is being left as a call back number for student loan forgiveness.  So far the 3 calls I have received show phone numbers coming from WI, IL and CA.  It is the same female voice and name "charlie"  in each voicemail left.

"Charlie" left a voicemail about loan forgiveness.  I paid off all loans a decade ago and never applied for forgiveness.  Didn't mention my name either.

I have received so many calls from this phone number saying that the student loan forgiveness is about to end and that I qualify for student loan forgiveness. I wish it was legitimate. I have not called them back because if it's too good to be true it usually is. Unlike everyone else I do have student loans that have been paying on for years so for me it would have been nice if it was true.

These people called me from 3 different numbers and left messages each time. This was the call back number. So glad I didn't call them back after reading these messages.
