I am asked to call this number so they can serve papers on me. They call from 2 different numbers. One in Long Beach Ca and one in Las Vegas Nv. They tell me they have tried serving me papers twice before. Didn't happen!! They called my Church and told them what they were wanting to do to me. Today they called again saying they were from PBS. I have 2 debts and they can't can sue me do to Statues of Limitations. I have no clue who these people are. Just tired of all the lawsuit threats.

Said I had to call them to get papers to me.  Gave me a toll free number, though the number they called from had a local area code.  Gave me a case #.  The first name was Kathy, but I couldn't understand the last name.  They didn't say where they were from.  They had called yesterday, too, but no message was left then.  They said the process will continue without me, but didn't say what the process was.  I think it's someone fishing for information perhaps?

SCARE tactic - you are not warned if a summons is coming and you give up nothing by not returning the call..

No company  information given - typical bottom feeder looking for someone to extort money from.

Doesn't seem like a scam.  I got a call (from 916-218-6165) and left a message saying they had some papers to sign within 2 hours or 'the process will continue without your consent", but they called for Rashad Moore.  I called the 888-511-9971 number and told them the case number given and the woman said she'd remove my number from the system.  I called from a different number than my cell phone (where I received the call).  I guess we'll see if the calling continues.

Actually, it IS a scam - NO ONE gets a heads up they'll be served - that would defeat the purpose of catching someone unawares, since the process server is only paid for actually handing those papers to the named recipient.  Fake debt collectors often use this tactic - trying to scare people into paying a bogus debt, a debt that has already been paid (or covered in bankruptcy) or even a debt that is owed - but not to the caller.

The call I got was from 478-779-0011 and told be to call 888-511-9971.  The process server department was unhappy that I had not responded to their two mailing and that I needed to call them back now to avoid a process server making it inconvenient and costly for me.  Sure.  Lots of legalese that amounted to zero information on what the (non-existent) issue actually is.

Called from a local number. Left a message to call the toll free number, said they had legal papers for me. Gave me a case number and and URGED me to call them. Said I had been warned. Couldn't make the lady's name out, maybe Yuna Russell or Luna Russell. She spoke even faster on her name.

This "company" is 100% fake. Spoke to the real debt collection agency that's on my credit report and told them about this call. And the lady said that they weren't trying to collect debts from me nor sue me. Also the scammers address and company they gave me was false. Address was UPS and company was non-existant. If anyone reads this please do not fall for this scam. They may seem legit but are in fact no life scum of the earth.
