This call -- one of many received during the past two weeks -- is from a marketer that sells Scraper Pro software that culls phone numbers on the Internet. It's a real nuisance because the company aims to sell the software to enable others to become pests. You can hear the message by dialing this number.  The message directs people to http://www.leadsnow.info, one of several sites offering the software. It is illegal to autodial phone calls to people who are not established customers. The marketer clearly knows this.
