They called and said they have a summons and it will be delivered in the next 24-48 hours.

left a message on the answering m/c without a name, just the number to call back;
similar message saying that a summon needed to be served.  SCAM!!!

Received 2 calls in a row from a 206 area code number. The single voicemail left stated it was from a private process server division attempting to schedule an appointment to serve me a summons at my home or place of employment. They provided this 1-888 number to return the call.

Received call from a 206 area code leaving a message that said they were a private process server trying to serve a summons at my home or work. Said that if I did not call back to the 1-888 number I would be "mark as unable to serve"

I got same call and from same number and with same 888 call back number

call came from 704-215-4144 telling me to call this number about a 'summons'

This is not how process servers serve summonses or anything.  These people called my LAW office, after hours. I'm not calling them back and always google strange numbers and intimidating messages.

Got the call from 705-215-4144 said this would be the last call before a summons would be served. Called the 888-518-6758 back but they couldn't give me any information about the "past due" account or company name. Not buying it. I say SCAM! Until they provide needed information to me.

Who in their right mind calls you to tell you they have a summons to serve. I received the same message about 10 times. Have no idea why but I’m still waiting for them to serve me. Hugh scam. They threaten you with a summons and nothing even happens. Just an annoying scam!!!  And if you answer the phone and they know it’s a working number they will never stop. Don’t answer the phone. This is information my lawyer friend told me.

Got the same message with the same numbers

They left message on my child's phone and won't answer return call.

They called me also. Could not provide any info. Said they were the law firm. If I did not pay them that Sprint would due me in court for almost $5,000. and they would garnish my wages. The man's name was Richard Lawson and claims to be from Paramount Consulting in Chicago.

I received 2 phone calls in one week claiming I needed to call back regarding a summons - i didn't call back either time- can't this be STOPPED? This could be frightening to seniors.

They are calling my mom. Trying to tell her not to answer the call n stop talking to them. My mom swears it's legit, I told her no. This is the message

Yes, I agree it needs to be stopped.  The area codes I received calls from were Chicago and Charlotte with the same 888 number to call back.  Knew it was a scam and thought the same thing about an older person who is scared by it.
