it's a scam.
they want you to call them and they charge your account for everything that's in there.

He said he was with TELUS. Mentioned they are calling their customers during this difficult time. Said he could offer to help if I needed stronger internet for same price or sometimes getting people better deals than they have. Didn’t seem weird at all as TELUS will call a few times a year. He didn’t ask any personal questions, when I mentioned I would like to lower the amount of channels I have he said he would like to see what he could do and call me back in about 10 mins. This was hours ago. Started to get a funny feeling a bit later about the call.

It's a call from Telus to make sure I know how to use my TV product (Pik TV).   Did not try to sell me anything.

Call Display shows TELUS. No message left. Will not be calling back.

SCAM! Caller said he was from Telus. Its a Total scam.

Claimed to be from Koodo, then aggressively tried to sell me Smart Home Monitoring. When I said I didn't want it, she immediately started trying to sell me something totally different.

Display said TELUS
They were giving me special security coverage for $10/mo instead of 50 because of my long time use. They DID  know my address , email and time of use . I hung up.

Called me but couldn’t understand anything she was saying from the accent, came up as telus

Got a call from this number. Guy told his name dexter arroyo. Guy from Telus. Offered promotions. When iasked to send details about promotions, he said he can’t use Telus email and sent me offer from personal email. He knew everything about me. When i called Telus, they said no such promotions going on. Also they couldn’t find the name from their database.
Be careful!

Said he was calling me from Telus to offer me promotions because I'm such a good customer. Caller ID said telus too. When I said I don't have an account with Telus, he let me know he was also calling from koodo!
I wonder... how hard are our telecom companies even trying to prevent these caller ID spoofs?
