shows up as unavailable..then leaves message to call 888-571-3471 for document delivery...says they have documents that need to be delivered...they say this is the 3rd time being returned...but they only have street number...if it was so important i'm sure the post office would have corrected the address...we have been here for 15yrs....

BCB investments with some case number like any other collection agency.  I blocked the number with Google Voice.  Ya...court document.  They're one step away from saying they are seeking litigation which is illegal.  Just another stupid collection agency tactic.

Calls cell phone with only one ring.  Voice mail says David with urgent message from BCB with documents to be "served" to my address.  If I don't get them, it will be a detriment to me.  Leaves number to call back for delivery.  He says they have made failed prior attempts. What?  Scare tactic scam for sure.

this so called "law office" "DCB"  claimed that they were going to serve me with court papers if i didnt pay this credit card (which i do owe) they told me my balance was $5000 (i was very confused due to the fact that i never ran a credit card up to that much) i made a few payments to them, then i got a call from another place that sent me the validation of the debt and showed that my balance was only around $500!!!! i called the co i had the credit card out with and they told me the same $500 balance!!!! i called "dcb" back they claimed it was their own fees that by law they can add on!! i told them to refund my money asap!!!! i will be getting in contact with an attorney and going after this co!!!! they even sent me a letter with all the proof that i need to show that they hiked up my balance!!

these people called me about a debt i have with beldens they said my balance was $5300 and if i did not pay off the balance they will have me served and i would have to fight the matter in court they sent me a letter to ,y email with this balance........ i never had an account wit them that was charged that much!!!!! i called beldens and they told me my account balance was $1021!!!!!! i called them out on it and they said that they didnt tell me the late charges and inst fees on the account!!!!! but little do they know i asked all of that when i called and they told me that was with all the fees!!!!! this company is a scam!!!!!! why would i pay almost $4300 more than i really owed!?!?!?!?!?!? OH AND THE ONLY WAY THEY WOULD TAKE A PAYMENT IS WITH A MONEY ORDER OR CHECK!!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! DONT PAY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! i am going to hire an attorney and go after this company!! if you pay anything to these people you are truly dumb!!!!!!!

i got a call from here the left a mesg saying they had papers to serve to me lol.......... i had of of my police officer friends call them and when she started to ask info about the company the lady hung up the phone on her what a joke if they were really going to do what they "say" then why wouldnt they answer simple questions about the company?? this place seems like a scam to me!! bring on your so called "paperwork" you'er going to "serve" me lol

this place called me last week said i owed for care credit i called care credit they said they never heard of DCB and they gave me the correct place to pay. they also told me the same thing that my balance was way higher  than what it really was, and wanted me to pay with a check or money order smh just trying to make a quick buck and take my hard earned money!! what scumbags!!!

they did the same thing to me!!!! i called also and they gave me a number to call then they gave me a number to a place that they sent them to the number they gave me was 888-240-1485. they gave me the same amount owed that care credit told me me nothing more nothing less! now i setup payments with them they sent me everything certified mail with what i really owed and then sent me the arrangements we made to my email and also to my home address.
