received a call today. message is going to deliver legal documents to me and call this number to speak with someone.

received a phone call about legal papers being delivered and sound threatening....returned the call and they hung up........

Upsetting call sending someone to the house with paperwork to be signed.

Also received a threatening call stating that someone would be coming to my address to have papers signed.

Received a call about documents being delivered to my home thats attached to my name and Social security number. Called back and they left me on hold.

Just received a phone call/ voicemail to call 888-519-4243 saying someone will be coming to my house tomorrow with legal documents that are attached to my name and social security #. If I am not there to sign, they will be coming to my work and talk to HR dept about the legal matter

Profess servers do NOT call first.  Let your employer know about the SCAM caller.   www.consumerfinance.gov is a good place to report it.

I got this call too so what is it a scam?
