calling my family members saying they need to serve a summons and do I live there.....way creepy

I got the same kind of call from that same named company but it was from a different number it was 8882306999. What was the end result of your call

888-230-6999. Got a call saying I had a summons at my town court. They gave me this # and case # to call as soon as I told them I declared bankruptcy last year they were like we have to do research and call you back

888-691-3926 -they called a family member and I spoke with this company. ( looking for a family member). Asked if we would be home to be served a summons.  Seemed like they was on a fishing expedition.. would not give their name. very odd!

I just received a call from a number in Atlanta, GA. They told me it was a summons and gave me the 888-691-3926 number to call and a "civil case" number of 00047. I politely told the woman that that is not a case number in the civil courts in any jurisdiction in this country that I know of. She told me I needed to contact the toll free number for more information. I called the number no one ever came on the line so apparently sometime between 9am and 4pm tomorrow a uniformed officer.is.supposed to deliver a summons. Not likely to happen. Shiesters!!!

I made Epstein & Roth MAD now Mcavey & Associates at 816-612-9737 are calling and they are ruder just plain nasty, I am reporting them to the Attorney General and I have all of their calls taped.

Debts, what ever came of this for u? They (Heather Stafford) just left a rude voicemail on my cell. Thought I would do some research before calling them back. Thanks!
