Called 6:28pm. Did not leave a message, but could hear "They aren't home?" in the background when the machine picked up. Called the number back but got the "this call can't be completed as dialed" message.

I answered the phone call in spanish and a lady answered saying they wanted to know the person who owned the phone number. She asked me if I was interested in lowering my monthly payments on my phone bill if I was receiving any kind of government aid, i.e. medicare, medicaid, etc. I asked her who gave over my phone number and where was she calling from. She wouldnt say. I told her I wasnt interested and hung up.
