Just received a call today from 888-555-4444 but they never left a message on answering machine, I'm just wondering if it's those [***] at WAMU cloaking another number again ???

Have rec'd a call about 1:30 everyday for 3 days from this number. When I call the number I get a message to contact customer services because my call can't be completed. Might be Capitol One, but not sure.

Call from Heath Insurance. I receive it daily.
Even registering in DoNotCall.gov doesn't work.

I've been getting these for days. Since they call around the same time everyday and I am usually not at home at that time.  They however never leave a message.

This health insurance company calls me three times a day.  I can't seem to figure out how to prevent them from calling.  It is really annoying.

I got several calls...no message left.  Who is this?

I have received two calls on my cell phone from 800-555-4444. Each time it has been a recorded message about health insurance.  I am on the do not call list.

Not only do these people call me several times a day, almost every day, but WHEN they call the recording doesn't even start before i get a beep on my call waiting and it's them calling on the other line! They call me twice at the same time! I've gone off on them, I've threatened to file lawsuit against them, to report them to whatever authority I can find and their only response is that they are an answering service and they have no phone number for the company that hired them.

Message says it is a Public Service Message about health insurance.  I've gotten this call at least 4 times in the past week.

I have received about 10 calls over the last week.  I never get a message and I never bother to pick up either.  When I don't know a number I don't answer.  But it seems to me they would have to know who hired them so these seems like some sort of scam.  There should be some way of getting them to stop calling.  If you find out please post it so we can all do the same thing.

I was receiving the same junk message from a different 888-555 phone number recently (I believe it was 5432 or 4321- something like that). But the same message. If you press "2" to be removed from the call list it just hangs up on you and they call again the next day.

I pressed 1 to talk to an attendant and they insisted they can't remove me from the call list and that there is no boss or supervisor to talk to me- the connection is terrible and I imagine it's from overseas.

Eventually they just hung up on me- they kept asking for my phone number so they could pass along that I want off the phone list- but, like email junk mail, I decided it's better not to let them know what number is getting a response. They already have my number- they called ME!

The Company calls itself Care One- but it's calling about the National Health Care Initiative- supposedly. I'm sure they'll take your money and you'll get LOTS of benefits in return- but they're only valid in Nigeria, right?

My attendants name was Monica- eventually she hung up on me. It's nice to get to annoy someone who's annoying me.

interesting... I've had the same number calling me multiple times, usually just once a day. I just silence the phone and let it ring.

I get calls from 888-555-4444 all the time, it is some sort of "insurance" company.  I put my cell # on the national do-not-call list last week, but am yet to stop receiving the calls.

RECEIVED WERE RESPONDED WITH A YES OR NO (NO ELABORATION), HE BECAME
AROGANT. FINALLY THE PERSON HE CALLED SAID ' LOOK BUD, I DID NOT CALL YOU, YOU CALLED ME AND I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE'. HUNG UP. BUT THE CALLS CONTINUE....

They are coming from a company called CareOne Insurance out of Lauderhill FL (http://www.careoneplans.com/).
They have a sister company called iJAK Insurance Group at the same address (should probably be called illJakU Insurance).

Both are owned by a Jonathan B Silverstein. I've called his office a couple times, but for some reason he was in a meeting both times.

I suggest everyone who checks this list give his office a call. When he hides behind his receptionist, leave a message demanding he unplug his maniacal autodialer.

If you're on DoNotCall, definitely complain. If anyone deserves massive fines, it's this selfish parasite!!

I used to work for this company; I was in their reception.  They are based out of Lauderhill, FL and use these automatic dialers to field potential clients.  FYI, even when searching for healthcare info online, never provide your contact info, other than an email or a phone you don't care gets called everyday. This is how they get your info, and unfortunately the only way to get your numbers removed is to give them the number so they may have it removed by the company who provides the auto-dialer.  If you get called by them and decide to give them the time of day...DON'T...while they do have licesed representatives to sell you insurance, after seeing their business practices, their service is good only for rats.  Yes, I'm disgruntled!!!
