Someone kept calling me from this number but would never say anything. Finally they called again and I repeated said hello and a guy answers and saids he's looking for a girl and i told him he had the wrong number. He can call me but when I try to call him back to find out just who and why they were calling me, I guy a message that there number could not be completed as dialed. WHAT!!!! CREEPY!

Not that creepy, not really.  The message about call can't be completed as dialed probably means the caller was using a spoofed number.  Block the number.  Don't pick up calls from numbers and names that are hidden or you don't really recognize.  "Name Unavailable" is a sign of call you don't need to answer 90% of the time.
