    Java Mart:  a scam!  This company's charge showed up on my AMEX for 10.95 -- an amount small enough that it might have slipped under the wire but for the fact I don't drink coffee!  

    After some investigation, found that they claim to be a "gaming" software company for PDAs.  I don't game either, so clearly there was a conflict.

    The scam:  not only do they have my cc number, are trying to filch money from me, but by asking for my e-mail, phone number, address, etc., they are enabling themselves to target me for future scams in the future.

    Action:  called AMEX and asked for an investigation and a new card.
