So I called back they want to put you on a payment program. So it sound like they buy your loan from your lender and they make your payments and you pay them back at a fraction. And Julie Jone sound like a no real person.

Who are "they"? What company does Julie Jone work for? Who would be making your payments?

They called me from a spoof ID number then a minute later from NO Caller ID and left the following message.

“Hi it's Julie Jones my agent ID is 1154 and my phone number is 888-589-3593 um I was calling to let you know that your student aid to qualify for the forgiveness program we may be able to grant you a partial or a full forgiveness package but I'm just so you know this program has limited openings and is on a first come first serve basis so call back soon to finalize details and again my phone number is 888-589-3593 you can talk to me or any other reps to finalize your file thank you to be added to our do not call list call 888-484-0540…”

Called them back to take me off the calling list. They just hung up..

Julie Jones calling from (888) 589-3593 and Amanda Banes calling from (888) 528-3809 are the same person. This smart one left me 2 voice messages with the same offer within the space of 1 week's time: "student aid loan forgiveness or partial student aid loan forgiveness package" but with the SAME VOICE lol! Female, perfect American English 25-38 years old sound alike, who drinks a lotta coffee, and clearly fell asleep during math classes. How many times to call and try to scheme the same person in one week ? She don't know. The time she spent working out this scheme she could had found 10 real work from home jobs and made the same if not more money than the scheme itself. I will never understand the mind of a criminal.

Wow, you have GOT to have the most incredible sense of hearing EVER! Not only can you (allegedly) tell how old your caller is, you can even tell she "drinks a lotta coffee, and clearly fell asleep during math classes." Amazing!

That's exactly correct Mrs. Kat, Julie/Amanda indeed sounded like an adult female 25-35s and they did sound like the same person, I believe she drinks a lot of caffeine because the way she mixed up some of the words during one of her messages like a regular caffeine addicted (perhaps some other drugs too) and yes, I think she fell asleep during math classes, not only I think that I believe she quit high school entirely! Only a low level intelligence person would call the same number with the same scheme, but using different names in a short period of time duh.
I did save the messages Julie/Amanda left me on my voice mail and I intent to file a police report with the NYPD Fraud Division, feel free to contact the NYPD and share whatever information you might have to help lock Julie/Amanda up, or just ask them how the case is going, I am sure they would talk to anyone interested in the case.
But you did take a bit personal there Mrs. Kat the fact I was making fun of Julie/Amanda possible criminal behavior, I wonder why .. mmm

I didn't take any of what you said "personal" so not sure where you came up with that idea. I simply commented about how amazing your sense of hearing is.
By the way, what do you expect the police to do about scam calls from what are quite probably spoofed phone numbers?

Yeah ok Kat there was no sarcasm on your little reply about me "me having the most incredible sense of hearing EVER" no sarcasm at all, keep thinking you can play smart with me Mrs. Kat, YOU ARE NOT!
Oh, and I expect the NYPD to call their friends at the NSA to use little bit of their computer power to figure out who Julie/Amanda is and throw her in jail for a good 5-8 years hopefully more! Or if that is not the case later on when Julie/Amanda gets caught committing an unrelated crime the way those type of small time criminals are usually caught and (if) the police are able to connect her to the report I filled that equals MORE TIME IN JAIL FOR HER. That's what I expect, I am only doing whatever I can you know ?
Really ?  Stealing from people who are backed up on their student loans ? If I had my way Julie/Amada would be in jail forever never being allowed to live in society EVER again.
