Found their web site and skimmed it. Looks like they offer mortgage loan forensic audits, debt settlement, short sale assistance, loan mod software, but it's like any other loan mod/consolidation/settlement company out there - unless your lender agrees to it, you're screwed. Fancy software won't help unless your lender agrees to the terms. Deal with your lender directly, don't use 3rd-parties if you can help it. Their Customer Support page has nothing on it and I can find no contact info for dolmf. I would *NOT* deal with any company that hides contact info and location. What's troubling is on their application form, there is a box for comments that ask "Please give us a brief description of your financial hardship so that we can recommend you to the correct professional" which could mean they sell your address, email, home+work phones to others. Many say mortgage loan forensic audits (no doubt for a fee) are a scam. dolmf's Login page wants access to theloanpost.com that redirects to themodpost.com so dolmf may just be a feeder/affiliate site for themodpost (dolmf may get $$$ for software referrals). Much of the language used on dolmf's site is generic and vague, and offers little substance. The Success Stories page has 6 positive posts - you can read them for yourself and see if you believe them; I don't.

I used the company and had a great experience. Not everyone is looking to scam people. If you really need to know who the scammers are look at the banks who have created this mess for us. If you are looking at this company then you probably are in need of assistance with your debt and should call them and speak to someone and make a decision for yourself . This company will guide you through the process, of course you can do this yourself but you could also set a broken arm or file for your own divorce or bankruptcy but most of us don't since that's not what we are experienced at. I tried to us a free service for assistance and like anything else i got what i paid for. The banks are only interested about the banks so dealing with them directly is like representing yourself in a lawsuit.

I just got a voice mail from these people, leaving this number to call and saying I'm eligible for a government program to modify my mortgage. I bought a foreclosure and have no mortgage on it. I assume they got my name in conjunction with the previous foreclosure, but I've heard about banks not recording things properly and losing documents, so this has made me nervous. It was a robo-voice, though, so I doubt they'll have any information to give me.

This poster is absolutely correct. These people are "phishing" for customers. I have a perfectly fine mortgage company which is one of the largest in the world and I have a perfect payment record, yet these scammers with telephone number (904) 257-0760--a Florida number--and (888) 589-5450 have been calling my home number, which is unlisted, as well as my cellular number.

To me they appear to be crooks.

I love the message from Elizabeth on here that says:
"If you are looking at this company then you probably are in need of assistance with your debt and should call them and speak to someone and make a decision for yourself ."

That's exactly the point Elizabeth, we all aren't looking for this company! This company is looking for us!
Dolmf (what the hell does that even mean?) doesn't know anything about us, just calls randomly people up by purchasing telephone numbers from someone else to harras the people and see if they can get a bite. See if someone is naive enough to engage with dolmf, and trust me that's when you will be in trouble....

You guys at dolmf suck! I cannot understand you can sleep at night. You opportunistic terrorists.

I have alerted CENTCOM and have asked for assistance to smoke these lower than cockroaches out.  Give us 48 hours.  I do not advocate for usurping any fine Americans time.  We have more to do like educate our children, defend our liberties, etc.  My fair warning to these misfits is to cease and desist.  Consider yourselves warned.

Thank you & may God Bless your souls.

Ut oh....you actually bought a foreclosure?  In this climate?  Are you crazy?  Better check the title.  Banks are wrongfully taking homes left and right in this counry and most of them have clouded titles because they didn't do proper filing.  I'd check on that if I were you before the possibly rightful owner comes knocking on your door and wants their house back!

NO THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!   They are located at 7960 Bay Meadows Way Jacksonville, FL 32256.   They are mortgage brokers that say they don't charge fees but ask for "CONTRIBUTIONS" that are NOT tax deductible.  They claim to refer you to lawyers but they are just sending you to another modification broker who you wind up paying again anyway.   Stay away from them!!   They are being investigated by the Florida Attorney General's office.

They are a complete scam.... They told me I needed to contribute money for "fund raising"  I called the BBB and they said they have pending complaints unresolved.  The I called the Florida AG's office and they are being investigated right now for "foreclosure rescue fraud" as the young lady put it over the phone.   Stay away from these people.   Sunbiz.org shows they just opened for business this year and that was after they changed names from before (which was closed down for I can only wonder why)
