Company that handles multiple card services for delinquent credit card accounts.

Three phone calls to our home number attempting to locate a Javiar.  This person does not live at our home, has never lived at our home and we do not appreciate being told that we are not telling the truth.  If we receive one more call this matter will be turned over to our attorney and reported to the FCC.

888-589-5766 calls a few times a day & a couple days of the week every week. Every time i answer the phton they hang up right away. It is annoying & takes me away from answering important business calls. Please stop calling us!!

Called # back: Busy signal. Tired again, busy again, tried thrid time hoping for a charm, & they answered, admitted they were an automatic calling service for acreidt card company, asked if I had an account iwth them & I said no, she appologized for the call & hung up. Should not be allowed to dial automaticcaly ever, waste of time for everyone!

I got a call on my cell phone and was in a meeting.  Called the number back and they wanted my ss# and or my last four digits of my credit card.  I told the lady I did not know what she needed the numbers for and she said my bill was overdue on my credit card and that she needed the info to look it up.  I know for a fact that I don't have any cards that are over due so I told her I thought it was a scam. She said it was not but that I should have a nice day and hung up.  I called back later and another lady answered Credit Card Services I questioned her and she said she did not understand why they asked for the info etc. and that they were in Utah. I had my identity stolen about 7 years ago and I am over cautious about this kind of thing. I believe it was a scam but if anyone knows anything more I would love to know.

I had the same call from this number, i was not at home at the time, but my mom was, she asked the phone and the lady ask her for her ss, and credit card number, my mom is elder and dont understand what some people will do to scam someone.she gave them her sss,credit infor.I found out 3 days later that someone tried to buy a brand new car on her credit, but luckey i had close her account days before that happen. and the sss number she gave them was wrong. now she understand.

They were calling me because my account was past due.. I bet thats why they were calling you also. Took care of it and now they stopped calling.. That simple.

I got a call from this number, they wanted my info, because my credit card was over due. I dont even have one, and never had one. That is why i know this number is a scam. You will never get my info SUCKER. I do have a credit card now, 10,000. So call me again SUCKER.

This is not a real collection agency, it is some crazy fool out trying to beat some hard working person out of his or her money.This crazy fool needs to get off of his or her FAT ASS, and get a job..They call me about my gold card, and i never ever had one, crazy fool.

Called my company owned Blackberry and left no message. I called back and they said they were "card services" representing Aspire and some other credit cards I've never heard of. Offered to remove my number from their database, but I still think it's a scam to steal your identity.

§ 806.  Harassment or abuse  [15 USC 1692d]

A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:

(1) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person.

(2) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader.

(3) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section 603(f) or 604(3) of this Act.

(4) The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment of the debt.

(5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.

(6) Except as provided in section 804, the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller's identity.

Called them, my father's number wasn't even listed!  Wanted more info, but I wasn't giving any.  I read out his number twice, but no dice, and they had called earlier today!

They have called several times over a long period but I didn't answer until recently to find out what they wanted.  They are looking for Gloria and have told them they have the wrong number.  They have called twice today and it's not even noon yet.  Leave me alone!
