i have multiple times asked these people to take me off their list for Mike, whoever he is. To stop calling this number for him. In the last ten minutes they have called three times! Each time I, again, asked them to take this number off their calling list.

They identify themselves as First Choice Medical, and want to send pain cream to me.  Adked "Josh" where he got my personal information n he said from my insurance co.  Yeah, right.  Told him I'm a victim of identity theft and since his company has all my personal info I can call the cops n list them as a suspect.  He couldn't get off the phone fast enough!
