- Jetcaller says they have some kind of legal thing that needs your attention, and will send someone out to give you a summons to appear or some such bull. Asks you to call back with a ref. number that has nothing to do with anything you have information about. Another site says it is a telemarketer for insurance scam. Don't know, I won't call it back for sure.
- TiffanyRefused to tell name of company. Said it was the prosecuter, you know of Arizona. I do not live in Arizona and never have.
- AngelizaCall came up "Restricted" so my "TruCaller" program automatically Blocks it & it directly sends to voice mail. I checked my voicemail & found this message. Her name was "Joanna" & To get the information NOT to call her office. Call # at bottom of paper?? .. WHAT Paper? It refers to a phn # 888-589-8134 that I need to call to discuss some court action given to her office... Could NOT UNDERSTAND majority of call. I believe it May have had "racial" in there and "neglect" or something like that. Call that #, & use my phn# & code 5407, to get information & settle this case before it "possibly" goes to court". I listened to call 5 TIMES just to get this info. The women said Hello, her 1st name & call was for My Name, after that she kicked into "Warp speed". She had a Strong Accent plus ran ALL her words together. Oh and she logged her call into something as proof I had been contact to satisfy the court.
(Maybe if I listened 10 more times I'd figure out a few more words.)- Caller: Joanna from some court office-- what court, state or even Country..I don't know!

She says I owe a hospital bill from 2001.... haha. Possible court case and fees if I don't pay. Even said who the doctor was why I was there...all personal info? Thought medical stuff was private? I t is also night right to act like lawyer and say I can go to jail. BAD CALL..DONT FALL FOR IT
- Caller: Litigation firm
- Call type: Debt collector
- CWG40 replies to TReport them:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.) The same goes for endless telephone harassment
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand. - MariaI just had them call me private. When I returned the phone call, I asked what this was in reference to but of course they could not release any information. I also received the voice mail indicating that there was a "legal" case. I called back a second time and of course all they can do is document for them to remove my number from the "Do not call list". There is no one that I can personally speak to.
