Did they tell you that you were about to be served a lawsuit? That’s what they told me and there is literally no one that I know of that could be serving me for any reason.

I got the same thing. First they wanted to harass all of my family members disclosed information to them which is against the FDCPA guidelines. And they want to threaten you that you will be brought up on charges and so on. They are just doing that to verify your information so they can scam you. These scammers think they are slick

This number has been calling my job and cell phone with threats of serving me for a lawsuit threatening arrest.  I have no idea who they are.
