There a litigation firm that handles check fraud, i had to provide the process server a police report saying i have identity theft

They are scammers. They tell you there is some bogus check fraud case in some county and then they tell you its for some amount BUT you can resolve the issue if you pay some smaller amount right then over the phone. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!! IT'S A SCAM!! They use a bunch of tactics such as they will call the county with you on 3 way but they want to dial the number (hint: it goes to a line they own and there partner picks up and acts like they work for the court,county, etc.) If you don't believe me ask them to tell you what state and county the so called case is in and that you will look up the number and dial it with them on 3 way. They will get very angry and irate and call you names and try to guilt you into it. I laughed and called him out on his scam gave him some pointers and told him he is a very sorry con artist. If you fall for this because someone you don't know calls you on the phone and says you owe them money well you deserve what you get. You have been warned!!!

They will also tell you your social security number and call your family because they have bought your info. from somewhere on the internet or somewhere in the world. Remember for enough money everything is for sale! Yes they have all your info but still do not fall for it!
