Scam caller did not say what their business name was I had to research it saying that a complaint has been filed against me and that I need to call them back or they are going to file court proceedings. They don't even have the correct name for me when they called. Bogus

Called my father said I need to call them in 2 hours or they will start a civil case against me. Said they had tried to contact me but were not able to. There is nothing in my past or financial history that would warrant this. It is a SCAM and would not give name of company.

Called and said my boyfriend owed money on a cell phone bill from 2005, said they would garnish wages if we didn't pay immediately. Somehow they convinced him to give his credit card information, but settled for 1% of what was owed. Smells like a scam, can't wait to see our bank account drained.

They called my son at his home asking for me saying they have a civil suit against me. Liars!!!

They calling my family members and telling them their suing me

This number called both my mother and my father about me. This is a Scam, they said there was a civil suit against me and they couldn't reach me. When my parents asked what the civil suit was in reference to they said the documents were sealed. Idk how they knew my parents number but they will go to any lengths to scam you.  Be aware.

Called saying they were filing a civil suit against my wife, said they cluldn’t disclose any further information. I asked who they were and they replied norton location services. Said the same thing, we needed to contact them or a a suit would be filed... sounds like a scam. I told them send something in the mail.

said that i owed a bill from version credit card from 2002 saying they will seez everything if i dont pay. i asked for the address they gave me a address to a mail box place 2991 canon hills 93523. and when i google CDN nothing comes up. so i asked for an email and they send me a receipt for payment. this seems weird.

Emails mean NOTHING concerning debt.  You want WRITTEN proof that is MAILED (post office) - nothing else.  Making the threat of seizure is ILLEGAL!

thats what i thought, they said they will come after me for 30% of my wadges and i said well im unemployed so try. then i said can i please have a bill in the mail like how i get a phone bill every month and she said no we cant give validation out.

only 2 ladies ever answer named patricia and nicole both rude when you ask for information.

Collection agency trying to collect on a 20 year old delinquent account with an expired statue of limitation. Basically they are using an intimidating tactics to collect whatever they can from you, where they are not allowed to do it legally.
