This number keeps calling my cell phone.  I have not given out my number to any businesses

got a robot call from this number saying i needed to call cogent at 877-248-8330 about an outstanding medical bill.....i know i don't have an outstanding medical bill and the number they called was my cell phone number which i don't give out.

Received call from their robodialer (found nbr on caller id) & only message left was 2 call back.... no reason why calling, no company name or tel nbr to call back to.

got a call on my cell after hours, not understandable as far as message. i'm not behind on any bills.doesn't make sence.

Got a call from this number,  it's an auto dialer. The message it leaves is " it is important you call us back at our standard location."  It does not say who is calling or what it is about.
