I have been getting those too.. and my number is on the national do-not-call registry.

I've been reporting every call because they'll get fined $10,000 per call I believe.

I keep getting this recorded call every day on my office phone from some guy name Josh about free air fare tickets and when I finally call the number the song "Love is a battlefield" by Pat Benitar keeps playing. I wish someone would put this clown out of business

Why are these people allowed to do this I get a message every day.

I've been getting same call from cheaptrips.com on my answering maching, once a day for the last 4 months. You would think they would take the hint.

Got robocall from Media Synergy asking me to call 888-603-5988. I called the number and got thru to someone who said she would take me off their call list.

Time will tell if she really did get me off the list.

Same as most above.  The calls happen everyday. I got through once to one of their people and told them to stop calling or I'd sue but it still has not stopped.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number, telling me I have won fee airline tickets and call this number to claim them. My phone number has been filed in the Do Not Call list and why are they calling me?  How can I stop them?  Tango

I got called from these clowns and had Verizon (my cell carrier) block the number.  I'll be darned if I didn't get another call from a second number about a week later - 619-374-0181.  I called at 888-603-5988 and managed to get ahold of someone in actually less than a minute.  He was very insistent it was a "very special" program and when I took the stand of "I'll take the cash value of the 'very special' program in a check mailed to my house", he backed off.  What really burns me is he tried to get off the call with me, and I said something like "You are going to take me off your list." he confirmed.  Only time will tell.  For those that want to "fight" the system - http://www.dialahuman.com/ gives you the prompts to push to get to a real live human.  I did this also with these guys last night.

why don't you file an FCC complaint against this company?  I did.  If enough people complain, maybe the FCC will do something about this guy.  Here's the URL for the FCC complaint:

Called this number (1-888-603-5988), apparently I was looking for tickets online at some point...I told her to please take me off list, she insisted she would send a package of information, I said, I just want my name off the call list, she got pretty rude and said, well fine maam, have a nice day and hung up...please God I hope this ends it.

Thanks for the info and link. I filed a complaint. "Josh" from CheapTrips.com calls my cellphone every day, often twice a day. The area codes vary from 804 (virgina) to 619 (san diego), but you can register these in your complaint.
