They left a recording and said "Failure to respond to this complaint will result in the due process without your participation"....making it sound like the person receiving the call is in some sort of trouble.

just like the other comment, this call sounds like you are in some sort of legal trouble.

When I returned the call, they claimed they are a legal firm. When asked to remove number, they said they did. Called back to verify removal of number and they no longer had name attached to the number. The recording said due process will be served if call not returned, said they were following up on a complaint sent to last known address returned as 'undeliverable'.

Who are these people???

I just received the same call with the exact same message about "the " due process

Is calling from a Roseville California number and is a recording and a robocall.. blocking them.

Huge scam!!! Don't know what their ultimate aim is, other than to pocket some bucks illegally, but I am.ignoring them. They call at least once a day. Probably a boiler room operation from Vegas or Florida or some such. Screw them!!!!
