    Illegal debt collection operation trying to get gullible and naive people to reinstate uncollectible debts from many years ago. Threatened legal action on a debt which was from 12 years ago. Just laughed and said we both know you can't sue over this according to FDCPA. Asked for street address where they could be served for illegally threatening legal action on unenforceable old debt and she hung up on me.

    The FDCPA does regulate how or when debts that are owed can be sued on.  For that matter this DC is not even located in the US so the FDCPA would not even apply.
