I was left a message from an atomated system informing me of a new rate that I was available for my home loan. I was given a code that should be used when calling back. When I called I was connected with a man who called himself Bill Webber. The call was pretty standard, he had information about my loan but at the end of the call he asked for my full SSN and date of birth. I asked him for idetification with the Better Business Buro, he siad he didnt have that available and hang up stating he had another call.
