This is driving me nuts and a main reason I stopped answering my office phone.  I receive multiple calls daily from this number, which leaves a crude, computer generated voice mail that always cuts off in the beginning stating to call the number to "receive your refund".  Definitely a scam, probably an IRS scam, but uncertain since the first several seconds of the message is cut off.  Super annoying.  Wish I could block numbers from my office phone.

Calls constantly. On call back, Indian-accented idiots claim to be from Microsoft and have a refund for me. Right! And there is oceanfront in Arizona! How stupid are these peoiple??? Microsoft DOES NOT CALL customers, especially for a refund on support service. This is why Americans get so upset over immigration. SCAM!!

Multiple calls from multiple numbers always with same voicemail the cuts off and only thing recorded as "...closing down. Call for your refund". This time I called back and deep Indian accent and after multiple repeats I could finally understand him to say he was with Geek Squad at Best Buy and wanted to return $300 in service fees. Definitely scam.
