Calls every day to my cell phone

This number has called my cell over 40 times in the last couple days. The only day I got a break from then was on Christmas day of 2019. Have no idea who they are or what they want. But when I get 7 texts within a minute from call blocking saying scam likely, I don't think I'll answer them. Glad I was able to stop the call blocking app from sending a notification every single time this number calls

This number blew up my phone for a month. When I finally spoke to the woman on the line she was very polite and enlightened me on a new program that helps with electric bills. I enrolled and the following month my utility bills where nearly half of what they normally are and they gave me 100 dollars to help with my back bills. Maybe you should listen to what they say.
