Person claimed I won a free $50 Walmart card and that I needed to give them an expiration date of one of my credit cards as a means to verify my identity so I hung up.  They called back later and I asked to be put on the Do Not Call list, he started to explain how he was not selling me anything to which I replied that he was attempting to steal money from me and he hung up.  I'd like to see these identity thieves punished harshly.

Caller has called EVERY day(since about three months ago), and twice on holidays.  I answered this call once and they hung up on me after I asked who they wanted to speak with.  I called this number and got a voice message, "Press 1 to stop recieving calls from us, ...else press 2 to continue."  I pressed 1, and am still getting calls from this number to this day.  I pressed 2 out of curiosity, and this directed me to leave a message with my name and number.  I, of course, did not leave my name and number.  I think they are either sadists or they are trying to get a name associated with my number.  I don't know.

These people call me everyday!!!!  They refuse to properly identify themselves, provide a call back number or transfer me to a supervisor.  they usually hang up when faces with theses questions.   I do not know how they got my cell phone number.... i just want the calls to stop.  When i call back the number they are calling me from it just rings busy.  The rep I spoke w/ today, said they are just calling to verify some info/ I told him he can't verify anything w/ me.  I don't know who they are and I want the calls to stop!!!! How do i stop this madness???????????????? help

Calls from this number to my cell apx once a month for the last three months. Hangs up when answered by voice mail without leaving a message.

Been receiving missed calls from them with no message.  Finally picked it up and an Indian gentlemen said he was calling from Discount Savings Club, and that I was selected based on my phone number to receive a $200 gas card.  (This was my cellphone number and he had my home address).  I explained I was busy at work and to get rid of him, I told him to just mail me the gas card.  He informed me I needed to pay $3 shipping.  I asked if he accepted paypal or check and he said only Visa or MasterCard.  I declined, saying I am currently fighting fraudulent charges with my credit card company and am in the process of closing my accounts.  He tried to explain that he didn't want any information from me which could lead to fraudulent charges such as the 3-digit secuity code on the back of the card, and I again had to explain that I am not giving out my 16-digit credit card information.  And he asked me why, even after I gave him my prior reason...very difficult to get rid of this guy politely.

I had the same exact thing happen today as California Girl.  The guy was hard to get off the phone and knew all my information.  I refused to give him my credit card number and just hung up.

same ol same o. i called and same as above but when they answered the phone they said (sears apartments)there is a web site like this ,but there is know contact info.they have called my cell 5+ time a day . if someone figures out how to stop them please post it .......

I just got a call from this Indian guy and apparently he called my mother first who is disabled and tried to get her on it. He told her about a $200.00 gas card.... SHE HAS NO CAR- she is disabled. So being the nice mother she is she told them to call and give me the offer. I just hung up on him..... SERIOUSLY stop taking advantage of people. What if my mother did have a credit card.... they would have charged it up. NOT FAIR!!

I get about 10 calls / day from this number on my cell. They never leave a message, I called back once and was put on hold immediately for a 'representative'. The representative comes to the phone and says, this is 'John Doe' - would not give me the name of their company?

I started getting calls from this number shortly after I foolishly put my phone number in a craigslist post. I am fairly certain there is no other way anyone could have come across my number. Calls started at about once every three days and have increased in frequency to every day, sometimes more than once.

The caller just yelled "Lewis" in the phone and hung up.  Seconds later he called back on another "anonymous" number and did the same thing.

Has anybody been able to make them stop?  I've tried to answer and tell them to stop calling and they just hang up.  They're calling up to four times a day and it's been going on for about a month.  If I do answer, they usually hang up right away.  Please let me know if there's anything to be done about it.

Get a call from this number almost every day... I only get silence when I answer tho.  I usually let it go straight to my answering machine and of course no message is left.

Just got two calls while at work and didn't recognize number.  Left no voice mail.  When I was free, I did web search and came up on this website so I called to verify.  Got heavily accented person saying "Customer Service" and something about a direct buying service.  Asked to be taken off call list and was told they would.  Received third call 20 minutes later.  Three calls from them in less than an hour!

Pretty sure this is result of ordering satellite tv service from online website.

So, yeah this is the most recent in a very long line of telemarketers to annoy me since my wife started to fill out a form for satellite tv (dish network promotions).  Thanks, iPhone, for "iBlacklist"!  :)  That's the way to stop them.

i got the same phone calls. I called back and told him not to call anymore and hung p, i hope it worked. People like that should get a life!!!!!!

They have been calling from three days and said I was a 100 gift card and  will send it to me If I enroll in som offer which I can cancel in 14 days. They even know my name. I asked him where they got my number and info.. and he said they are not selling anything but I won something. I said not to call any more and he said sorry and hung up. But I am still getting calls !!

I receive a call from this number daily.  I put it on my ignore list, and don't answer.

Started receiving these calls for my boyfriend...phone is in my name. They convinced him into giving his credit card number! Luckily it is a prepaid and no money is on it right now. But, I told him that now he cannot use again because they have the number and can charge on it at anytime. The guys name given was a Sean Paul or a Sean Marsh and he told my boyfriend that no money would be taken off the card right now but would need it for when the $100 gas card was shipped for S&H charges. Bull! I called the number, some indian guy answered and told him to take my name and number off his list. He still was trying to sell to me!
