Affordable Healthcare - This is another scam from a spamming fax...

Also have been receiving illegal JUNKFAX for "affordable healthcare" which we DO NOT WANT!  Someone needs to STOP THESE IDIOTS!!  PLEASE!

I received a fax from this number last Tuesday. (September 4, 2009) I called the suggested number to request that they honor my wishes to be on the do-not-call and do-not-fax lists and got treated to a full ration of ****. The clown identified himsself as "Jay" something-or-other. He was abusive, insulting, and threatening.

"Your father is on his knees between my legs. It's SO good." "I know where your children go to school." "I am going to have the Hackensack police arrest you for threatening me." (I never threatened him, quite the opposite.)

When I called back, he pretended to be a Hackensack police officer, but wasn't smart enough to disguise his voice. Being a knuckle-dragging moron, he attempted to astonish me by using my name (duh! Caller ID isn't magic anymore Jay.)

I notified the local police and they called him. Since then he has called repeatedly with additional threats ("We know where you live and we are coming for you.") and insults ("You mah [***]. Get down there [***].") (You're daughter is on her knees between my legs. Want to watch?")

I've made digital recordings of them and have them on a CD in a safe deposit box should he ever be brought to trial. They are of sufficient quality to unequivocally identify him from the voice print.

I have kept the faxes this pus sent over the last year with all the telephone numbers they've used. I intend to show a irrefutable pattern of criminal activity. (They are in the safe deposit box.)

Personally, I don't intend to let this drop. It past annoying; it's past the point where I can say- "one more imbicile". If he had stopped with insulting when I complained, maybe it's just a frank exchange of views. But when he calls and threatens repeatedly after that, I can onlt think he's a sick SOS, and needs to be confined where he can be watched. He sounds too much like a child that likes to pull wings off flies.

I receive FAXes from these folks every month or so. I usually throw them away, but last month I called 888 666-3418 (Allied Health) and spoke to a nice fellow (Chris) about low cost insurance. His suggestion was to go with the PPO 500 Healthy America Plan.

I asked him to send or FAX me some written info so I could look it over. He said he would FAX info that day to me.

Two weeks later, today, and I never received anything via FAX or USPS.

Today I called and spoke to another nice fellow (Jeremiah) and told him I had not received any written documentation to look over to see if it was what I needed.

He said they NEVER fax or mail out any written information until you enroll and that if I signed up today (give them my credit card number) that they promise to not charge my credit card the first $125 for 2 weeks. I asked again, when do I receive any written documetation about the Plan ? He said it would come when I gave my credit card info and sent the first $125. I hung up on him.

I then called the 877 455-1002 number on the bottom of the last FAX they sent me on 8/28/09 for removal of my FAX number. I was treated to some foreign lady's recording with such a heavy accent I could not understand her....but I punched in my FAX number anyway to have them quit FAXing me.

Any further FAXes and I will call the local police, State Police, and State Attorney General's office.

We will see.
