This was on a letter received by my 83 year old grandmother along with a check. It said to call this number to claim Third prize winnings of $1 million from Publishers Clearing House. Katherine Hill is supposedly at this number. And another number for the IRS agent dealing with the tax portion of the prize.  They said she should deposit the check they sent for $5340 and be prepared to write a $3700 check the next day when Brinks showed up with the balloons and flowers, she could do what she likes with the excess money.  I called the bank, it's a scam. Also Publishers Clearing House website has a consumer alert with this information in it, which is what prompted my call to the bank.
