Left a message stating that court docs will be served at my place of employment and I will need a picture ID and my supervisor present to sign as a witness.

Said I was scheduled for an "appearance" and that they have it scheduled for drop off at 11am tomorrow.  Said I need current ID and witness.  Gave me a phone number of 888-673-0053.  This is clearly a scam.  Not sure what the motive is...

They claim to have a package for me and need current info so that they can deliver it. Said they are calling from "BRM" business related matter - I'm assuming.

This company is owned by Jimmy Chebat in Buffalo, N.Y.. Titus Glenn Tallchief of Buffalo, N.Y. runs the place, along with Kristi Clark of Buffalo,N.Y. , Matthew Downs of Buffalo, N.Y. and Jason Kosakowski of Buffalo, N.Y..

They use Accurint and CBC skiptracing tools to steal your identity and make restricted phone calls to you, relatives, and employers posing as process servers in order to scare you into paying payday loan debt.

They are located at 1800 and 1807 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, N.Y.. Contact the New York State Attorney General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau with this I formation.
