Asking for a person.. never heard of

A women named Sarah Marin left me a voice message... Saying she's trying to hold of me for a case?

Nothing but a scam! Do not talk to. ALL FDCPA and FTC rules violated simply by their message and it just continues;

This company keep calling me regarding my brother and keeps saying he owe a large amount of money. His name is David Park and he's calling from API. I asked for a case number and he did provide that for me. But this guy gave me all kids of information about the "case"...but if this is real wouldn't they just go directly to my brother. he called me from 818-574-3950

Someone named Jason Davenport claims to be with API's legal dept. and gives a case number.  He has called my cell phone, work phone, and even spoke with my employer.  He wants to verify my SSN.  I have not responded to any of the calls, but I wish there were a way to get them stopped.

Theyve called my mom my dad and my sisters in laws (keep in mind I have no relationship with my sisters in laws who live 400 miles away) and keep saying they have a case against me in the county I live in..I'm skeptical of returning their calls! Soundslike like bs!

Some guy - says his name is something that sounds like Nick Diaz - with API calling for Alex (sounds like??) Dubaros calling in regards to Claim # 278469.  Says he needs a returned call from either "myself" (Alex) or my attorney and he can be reached at 888-673-0877 ext 240.  But the number showing up is 803-832-2619.  He's left a number of voice mails.  I haven't answered.  Clearly not very smart since my voicemail says my name...

Yup Sarah Martin called for a Mary  (I'm not Mary but they used my last name) my MIL is marylou... so kinda close... but yeah gave case # and all... well and from API RECOVERY SOLUTIONS.  I called back to rip them a new [***] so I got a voice message Annnd I'll keep calling like they did to me they left 4 VM. I have lawyers in my family and they will call in the morning!

Same here.  A Brett Haggler and then a Leah Wilson called me from API Services saying I have a case.  They have called all my family members whom I never used as reference - so how they got their numbers is beyond me.  More suspicious is that they called someone my brother knows from many years ago and that person's parents whom I do not know or have any personal relationships with.  They keep calling different people saying they are my contact and that I have a case.  Just by that I think several laws have already been broken.  I have already called them to ask from more info and legal documentation and left several vm with this demand.  But they continue to call people and continue to ignore my request for info and legal documentation.

Brenda Arkell stating legal case number. Left message stating she has not heard back.  These people have been harassing me, my relatives, relatives I don't talk to and our wok supervisors about this case.  They have threatened to deliver legal papers but won't deliver them. It's fake process Server scam.  Process servers do not collect money. They have also changed their name from nationwide courier to API. they rotate who the supposed debt belongs to. They say it's mine then husband's then mom in laws.  They also read off our plate numbers and make and models of our cars on our kids voicemail.  I have spoken to our city police department, the Florida State Attorney generals office as well as reasearched scams. All agree it's fake.

Keep getting calls from someone named April Green at 888-673-0877 requesting info on my son.  Knows my name, my d-in-laws name, my son's work place.  VERY RUDE FOLKS.

I just received a same call from this chick this afternoon!

Received a call from Sara Martin from ATI for both my name and my EX-HUSBAND'S name. She gave a case# and how she's from the Pre-Legal Department. Call her back today at 888-673-0877 x247. Nope, not calling. But seeing how other people have said their HR departments have been contacted, I'm kind of upset. WTF.

Got a call from a John Anderson from API at this #. Claims a woman whose name I never heard of in my life listed me as reference for a court case in which he is representing her in.  Told him I'd never heard of her, but he wouldn't give me any details in regards to the case. Said it must be a mistake and would remove my # from the file. Sounds shady to me

they keep calling family members claiming i listed them as reference when ive never done, they said to have a case againts me and mentioned my FB page this is soooooo anoying and scary.

Same guy calling me and my family.  Also same extension. I have NO idea what this is about

Called my work and left message to call David Park Legal Dept. at API 888-673-0877, ext, 236.  Have no idea who this is and how they got my work number.

Today I received a voicemail From David Park - Legal Department of API.  He claims a pre legal grievance was filed against me and legal proceedings commence.  He contacted two other individuals I know looking for me.  He also shared my DOB and the last of the SS# they have on file.  These calls really pissed me off!  It's after 5pm so I will call him tomorrow morning and find out what this is about!
