These people call from all different numbers all the time saying im going be served, first off you dont get called when you get served, and second i should of been served about 10 times already and still waiting lol

He called saying I was going to be served & knew all my info

If there actually was a summons coming, you would not be warned.  Think scare tactic..and an illegal threat.

This is the 3Rd of 4th time this number has called saying I am going to be served at my home address. Never mentions a company or anything just a "third party" so I'm guessing scam and scare tactic. If you are actually going to be served they usually dont notify you. If by chance they did they would announce themselves properly.

I called them they wouldn't tell me why there was a claim against me I wouldn't give them information so they told me good luck.

Gettin called from 888-673-1013 from an Alexander Nichols stating that he is a licensed courier and that he is serving me papers at home or work.

I get calls from unknown numbers, but never answer the phone. Message left from someone named Terri Mills stating she is a licensed courier and she is going to serve me papers but is going to give me a chance to settle before she does and gave me this number to call 888-673-1013. I've recently changed my number because of these people ugh!!!!

If you call that number some guy starts speed-yapping.  saying they are
CCS-EOS. Not clear what he was saying.   No idea what that is.  Clearly some sort of debt scamming operation.
Ignore and block any calls from this number.

Get a life... these people have nothing better to do. If they are a real company they would not change their name each time they call and harrass you.  I won't give them my time and energy!

SICK AND TIRED OF these grown adults that making a living try trying to scam people and try to scare people into what ..paying you for debts that are made up... try to ruin people's days with these [***] calls to serve people paperwork... ..guess what you will not succeed!   Get a real job! JERKS!!!!!!

I am to.. got the all today and I asked what it was concerning,  he told me to be quiet and listen, and he even called me an idiot

This weirdo who claimed to be "alexander nickols" called and said that he was with the commonwealth of kentucky and that he was in charge of my case and that if i didn't reply within 24 hours that he would be in attendence with the sheriffs office and that i would be served. He knew all of my information and said that he would be coming to collect my car, which mind you is in good standing, and good luck. He called again and i called him everything in the book and told him to go "f**k himself" he called again from the old kenton county sheriffs number 859-392-1683 and while the number i called had a recording ..I did call the actual number from the website and they confirmed that this was indeed a hoax and that i needed to call my local law enforcement.

well when i recieved a call from my nichols i thought the same thing. so i ignored it. About a week goes by. I get pulled over for speeding & I also get a order to appear. they weren't looking to take my car they were looking to serve me

This prick Googled your name, my name and God knows how many people name on the Internet and they gained access to all of our information . People we are associated with and he or some broad call and harass our family members or in my case ex in laws and tell them that they are from your local law enforcement agency and that they are able to keep you from going to jail if you settle with them. They will call your work, they will blow up your phone.  I didn't have any issues until I went surfing the Web on the job searching sites.  I called my car loan place and I was good on my payments,  I called the county sheriff's office to see if there were any charges brought against me. I gave them the numbers that were calling me and the police ran the numbers and told me that non of those numbers are associated with any clerks office, law enforcement,  etc. The prick called me after I found out that information and I cussed him up and down and told him that he was being reported for acting like law enforcement which is a felony in all 50 states.  He quit calling me, but he and his cronies are still calling my ex inlaws. I told them to have fun with it and don't give them money.

And you must be related to that prick. You get an order to appear if you are speeding. I got law enforcement involved and reported every number they are using. I called and nothing on my name. I'm good to go...see unlike other morons I call the source not the number that calls harassing me. I go straight to the sheriff's office, I go straight to my county's board.. not some fake ass old ass number these people try to scare you with

I've received three calls from this number and all three messages, the guy said his name was Anthony Goldstein. My car has been paid off for 2 years now and all credit cards are up to date..these calls are really getting annoying

I received the same message.  I blocked them from my phone however they have my work number which I cannot block.

I also spoke with Alexander Nichols.  He is not a nice person.  These people are criminals.

Are you saying that this Alexander Nichols is legit?  I'm confused.
