    This number claims they are sat gov of mexico!!! Scam!!!!!!!  They stole money from me claiming i owed capital gain taxes!!!!  The name of the only person that works apparently is lucia, she no longer "can hear me."

    This number is on an email that was sent by Depto. Servicio Administracion Tributaria informing me that I owe capital Gains tax before the money for my sale of a time share can be released.
