I keep receiving phone calls from this man at this company name robert fisher, I have asked him to send me information through the us mail and he refused to do so.

Robert Fisher calls from a variety of local phone numbers designed to have you pick you. They are a Debt Collector and their message says "I was reaching out to you today concerning a legal claim being handled at the office attached with your name and social security number. I do need to speak with you regarding this claim."

DIRECTIONS: While that message might sound intimidating to most consumers, it's really typical Bill Collector jargon. First Step: DO NOT, and I mean NEVER ADMIT over the phone that the bill they're speaking of is indeed YOURS.  Second Step: TELL them, to send this so-called account info to the address they have for you on file. but NEVER give them your address, tell them to send it to the address on file. They will no doubt refuse and at that point refuse to discuss the matter further.
THIRD STEP: If in fact, they are accurate with the information AND you want to admit it's your account, YOU HAVE RIGHTS FROM THE FTC that allow for you to NOT receive a call from ANY Debt Collector.

See below the letter they finally emailed me as i would not take there calls till they sent it.  It only showed the final balance due with out offer payment options.  Also, they keep calling after i have gotten my lawyer to send them a letter asking for all documentation regarding this matter.  This was the first ever letter i received about this.  I keep getting spoofed calls from a Bryan Davis and Robert Fisher regarding this matter.  Also, they address is a PO BOX in Buffalo New York.

Well if they keep calling you after they know you are represented by an attorney, then he should be filing an FDCPA lawsuit.  Oh, and by the way, that letter violates the FDCPA as well since it must contain this:

The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I suggest you reach out to the original creditor and go from there!!

This company is fraudulent and their tactics are illegal.
