Received a Home Modification Program notice and asked to contact this number 888-673-5081.
I never received any agency or bank to modify my home loan. The letter promising me 2% fixed rate and saying my previous rate is variable and it is 6%, which is wrong.

This seems to be a fishing mail and also the number seems to be not legitimate.

I got same mail, looks like scam, They faked it to pretty real and got info and they trying to get all information and also they charge $3k to $4k to modify loan but they are not legit
