keeps calling my cell and leaving voicemails.  I can't understand them because it is a very thick Indian accent.

I have recieved two missed calls from this number with no message.  From the posts seems like it must be one of those dumb calls.

Its is from Reliance Calling card service, an indian company in US.

I got call today, it was blank call

They just hit my debit card for 2 unauthorized charges.  What a bunch of scam artists.  No wonder they have $13 billion in revenue!!!!  Too bad you have to make your money stealing from people!  When I called the 800 number listed on my bank statement, it referred to another 800# that was to a sex site.  What a bunch of money [***]!

I keep getting calls from this number and for some reason they even hacked my credit card. I have had to report fraud charges to the bank and change my accounts because of this company..I would like to see them prosecuted for fraud..
