    the last 2 #'s show on caller id with the name new penn fin
    so i looked them up, refinance company.  that is where i saw the 1-888-673-5521, on their web site, no name showed on caller id though.

    The name on caller ID showed 'Test'.  If they left a message, I'd call back...maybe!  When you do call these places back, you get the message "Your call is important to us, please hold".  If it was that important to them, seems like they would answer it!  LOL
